Plus doesn’t auto-renew, and 6- and 12-month blocks are available at a discount versus the monthly price. Clinical is for dietitians, gastroenterologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, doctors and other clinicians. It is prepaid and renewing, and not available through the App Store.
How Clinical bundles work. You don’t pay per seat. You buy one bundle — for example $49/month for 10 keys — and hand the keys to your clients. Recover the cost from them, or absorb it, however you like.

We don’t want to be a business you forget to cancel — this product is designed to be outgrown. And because accounts are anonymous keys, prepaying means nobody pays for a subscription attached to a key they’ve lost.
